（中央社記者蘇木春台中28日電）15歲游姓少年莫名頭痛持續兩週，睡覺時還會被痛醒，就醫經核磁共振檢查，發現顱內松果體下有顆約2公分的腫瘤，確診為惡性生殖細胞瘤合併輕微水腦，經治療已完全康復。

亞洲大學附屬醫院兒童血液腫瘤科主治醫師翁德甫今天受訪表示，顱內生殖細胞瘤約佔兒童腦瘤的1到3%，好發年齡在10到21歲。治療方式包括手術、電療與化療，由於腫瘤小且位置手術不易，病患年紀屬青少年，因此可使用放射治療。

翁德甫說，游姓少年就醫時頭痛已超過兩週，尤其睡覺時經常因頭痛而被痛醒，導致睡眠品質不佳，兒童頭痛原因大多為感冒發燒、鼻竇炎引起為多，少數為緊張性頭痛或偏頭痛，但大部分頭痛在睡覺或休息後，均能緩解症狀。

但少年症狀並不尋常，尤其「睡覺時會被頭痛痛醒」更是一個警訊。經安排核磁共振檢查，查出一顆約2公分的腦瘤阻塞大腦排水孔引起輕微水腦，是導致病人頭痛的原因。

翁德甫指出，患者腦瘤屬惡性顱內生殖細胞瘤，通常在胚胎發育期，生殖細胞會降至骨盆腔或陰囊，進而形成卵巢或睪丸，但有些突變生殖細胞會經過身體中線，跑到中樞神經系統而形成腫瘤。

翁德甫提醒，顱內生殖細胞瘤治癒率極高，早期診斷可避免更侵入性的治療。若延誤就醫使腫瘤變大，就可能造成腦壓升高或壓迫腦幹，甚至危及生命，若孩子出現晨間頭痛伴隨噁心嘔吐等症狀，且持續一週以上，就應赴醫積極治療。1061128
